I've gone here several times already and this is honestly the best Indian restaurant I've ever been too and I've eaten at a few different indian restaurants the kicking tiki Massa is to die for. It's incredibly tasty the staff is very nice. And they are very prompt they will refill your water all the time. It's a small restaurant it's quiet it's just honestly one of the best places to go to in the Utica area.

I ordered shrimp Palak and samosa. The food was good. My complain is about the attitude of the manager. I felt an environment of nervousness created by that attitude. Humble is always good.

This is a sad post because we used to love this place but since their buffet had been removed so has their service and care. This was our second bad experience recently and we have made the decision to cut our losses and not return. The service was not only terrible but actually non existent. My son needed water refilled about 4 times and there was no one to do that as everyone had either disappeared or was on their phone and we had to walk up to them to get their attention. Meanwhile, you could hear a pin drop as we just stared at each other in disbelief. The food was decent but not like we are used to. Except the fries…absolutely disgusting!!!! I’m pretty sure there may have been maggots in my fries! (Photo included) Literally no service the entire time but when it was time to pay there were suddenly three people lingering and waiting. Terrible service. Very sad because it used to be great! I think I’ll stick with Minar!

Went for dinner on a Wednesday evening with a group of four. We were seated immediately with quick and friendly service and drink orders were taken promptly. We ordered samisas as an appetizer which were delicious. They came with 3 different sauces to try with it. I definitely recommend trying them. For our entrees we ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, and lamb curry. All of it tasted so good. The meat was tender and the flavor was THERE. We had the bread basket with our meal, all of the naan was really good. Was warm and tasted fresh. The environment was good, clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. My only comment would be I wish there was some music as background noise, it was extremely quiet. Overall, great experience, would come here again and would recommend it to others.

Food was really great. Ordered biriyani and schezwan chicken. Our server Lisa was really great. I would recommend this place.
